A History of Madeth Gray'll

1997-

October: 1st demo tape "norowareshi hana no seimei..." is released.
November: 2nd Demo tape "Kuroshouzoku no shirabe" is released.
December: 3rd Demo tape "missantroop" is released.
Special demo tape "Seiya ni kanaderu kyoushikyoku" is distributed.

1998-

March: "Hakuchuumu no sangeki" demo is released.
The demo "Chizome no kigeki" is distributed at a 3/21 live in Nagoya.
"Opera za no Higeki" demo is distributed at 3/27 CYBER live in Tokyo.

April: "Kyoushi Rakuen" is released. First press comes with a special jacket.

May: Hizumi (Ibitsu), the guitarist, is killed in a car accident on the way to hide's funeral.

June: the "Rasen Kaiden to Kioku" video is released at the memorial live for Hizumi. Contains two songs performed live.

August: "Hakuchuumu no sangeki" is distributed as a CD single at the Vintage Bar live. Two different releases. The first on 8/8 is the white jacket. The second, on 8/9, is the black jacket. Parasite video is released the same day.
1st CD maxi-single "Juujika no Ketsumatsu..." is released.

1999-

June: "Juujika no Ketsumatsu -dai ni no higeki" cd maxi-single is released 6/30. The second press of "Juujika no Ketsumatsu..." is also released the same day.
August: the cd single "Mother Complex" is distributed at Muse Hall live.

2000-

March: 1st full album [Lucifer~Makyou ni Utsuru Norowareta Zainin-tachi to Seimei no Shuuen] is released. Only first press comes with secret track "Chizome no Kigeki." Second and Third pressings are later released.

November: "Boukai no Mato~entith de marge" cd maxi-single is released. First press comes with one of 4 different kinds of stickers. Second press comes with stickers of all 5 band members.

On November 28th during a live Hisui announces that Yukina is leaving the band. Madeth Gray'll will disband. They announce the date of Madeth Gray'll's last live. They also release a live only cd single for "Norowareshi hana no seimei".

2001-

January 29th: Madeth Gray'll plays for the last time. They distribute their last cd album "Higeki no Shuumaku" which is a history album. A special last video is also released, but only available to those who buy the "Higeki no Shuumaku" cd at the last live.

January 30th: The official release of "Higeki no Shuumaku" Madeth's last cd.
